Rhinoplasty or Nose Surgery

This can be done with incisions hidden inside the nose. It will typically narrow the nose and tip with excess removed from the nasal dorsum. For the twisted nose or a nose that is quite deviated, an open procedure may be recommended. This approach is better if cartilage grafts are necessary. Each case is unique and requires a customized plan.
Septoplasty and Turbinates
This is a procedure performed to improve nasal breathing. A deviated septum and enlargement of the turbinates can occur from a variety of causes. Recovery to normal activity takes about one week. This surgery is performed under general anesthesia. Foam packs may be placed inside the nose for several days after surgery.
